Founder

Former GM2(SW) Samba Jarju was a US Navy Gunner’s Mate and Combat Veteran who served from 2004-2012. He deployed to Central America, the Caribbean, West Africa, the Mediterranean, The Horn of Africa, the Middle East, and the Persian Gulf.

During his service GM2 Jarju tested weapons and tactics, was a spec war armorer, did VBSS(Visit Board Search and Seizure), Maritime Interdiction, Counterterrorism, was a VLS(Vertical Launch Systems) Technician, a 25mm Gun Captain, a RSO(Range Safety Officer), and Salute and Battery team member.

He deals with Extreme PTSD, Toxic Exposure issues, among other disabilities. And after a Psychedelic Journey with in 2012 he deep dived into plant medicine with the goal of making Plant Medicine and Reintegration accessible to all who need it, especially Veterans.

After Leaving Intel in 2015, Samba doubled down on building a path to reintegration, with the goal of providing a path for those to follow. This included building a consulting company, a plant medicine company and a nonprofit, and a network of supporting organizations. After going through BCI(Base Camp for Veterans Inc.) in 2018, Samba met Felipe Gonzales, Dr Aiyana Brown and then Kelly Davis and Launched Tucson House of Cannabis officially in 2020 and Green Spirits Healing in 2023.

When Samba’s Dad passed away from Multiple Myeloma in 2014, he asked Samba to leave a Legacy for Tucson and the world. This is That Legacy growing into Purpose

Green Spirits Healing: Mission Statement

There are many paths to consciousness. The struggle is managing the ego, emotions, and the traumas holding us back until the lessons we’re supposed to learn unfold. As we struggle through life and navigating the journey ahead, we build barriers to our higher consciousness, and the ego tries to keep us safe, while continuing to operate in a fear based mindset.

How do we get beyond the mental traps we’ve set for ourselves? How do we get beyond the ego trap of self and realize we are all connected? There are many ways to the elevate your consciousness and build a balanced mind, body, and soul. We have deep dived into the process to rebuild ourselves and help heal others. Along the way we have become well versed in alternative medicine and therapies.

We want to give renewed hope and peace to the combat Veterans and PTSD survivors who thought they would never get a restful night’s sleep, or find love for self or others again. The ability to stay present and mindful; without getting overwhelmed or distracted by a sea of emotions. The ability to process through traumas from this life and generational. The tools to navigate through life with emotional intelligence and compassion.

At Green Spirits Healing we plan to integrate Plant Medicine, meditation/breathing/movement therapy, indigenous therapies/ceremonies, mystic medicines from around the globe, western medicine/psychology, spiritual medicine, agriculture, art, and outdoor/animal therapies. Green Spirits Healing will be a VA approved therapy group.

We intend to do studies on reintegration therapies, PTSD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy including Plant Medicine, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, meditation/movement therapy. We intend to publish a study as well as a book on Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Reintegration.

We cultivate our own plant medicine for research and development purposes, for the disabled/community that needs them, and find partnerships with treatment centers and farmers markets to dispense our surplus. With nonprofit support we will partner with farms, businesses and organizations that operate for a higher consciousness.
